Our engineers provide effective equipment maintenance services to customers according to a maintenance plan drawn to effectively manage equipments acquired from/through our company.
This maintenance plan is contained in the contract agreement which our engineers will meet and discuss its terms with customers. Among the several benefits of signing this agreement, arrangements will be made with customers for regular servicing of their equipments and dates will be agreed upon. Our engineers will contact customers a week before the scheduled servicing date to ensure that the maintenance is done. Service tags will also be attached to each equipment to indicate when the equipment will be due for the next servicing.
Our engineers will carry out all the servicing according to a service equipment checklist which will ensure effective delivery of service.
